What are your shipping policies?

Keetons offers Nationwide shipping with UPS as our carrier. At this time we do not ship to  International 

destinations. Many of our oversized items require special shipping charges and you may be prompted to call

our customer service line to place your order.
If you are purchasing flammable products please call the customer service line to verify that the item may be

What is your return policy?
 
It is our desire to give 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase please call
 and allow us to resolve the issue. There will an automatic 20% restocking fee for all tools 
returned. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any foam products.
